Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key detailing different parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
